MASTER COX INSTRUCTORS CLASSES    
The “K-Box Workout" is a non-contact cardio workout system based around popular martial arts such as Taekwondo and kickboxing. It was first introduced to Norfolk by Master Richard Cox in 1982 and is still going strong today.
 
The program involves highly energetic moves from the martial arts to promote cardio fitness, and takes place in a fun, friendly and professional environment, with world class, enthusiastic instructors with many years experience of both the martial arts, and general fitness instruction.
 
Add into the mix high tempo music to train to, and you have an exciting, dynamic fitness experience that delivers a high level of cardio fitness fast, which brings the benefits of:
